Do you need a full kitchen to caterer in our office?

We've been doing this for 30 years and we know how to work with what's there. We come fully prepared: our food is prepped and ready to serve, and we bring everything we need. A power source and running water are helpful, but we've made it work in spaces far less equipped than a typical office. Just let us see the space and we'll sort out the logistics.

I have been tasked with planning our corporate team-building event. I have no idea where to start.

How about a chef-driven cooking class or “Chopped” competition?  Maybe a barbecue at a beautiful location overlooking a vineyard or waterfront? Mixologists on site demonstrating unique craft cocktails? Give us a budget and time frame and we will create a memorable experience for your team.

How much lead time do you need for a catering order?

Typically we need at least 48 hours notice, though we do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

What are Easy Events to Go?

This is Bartleby & Sage’s brochure of pre-set catering packages and drop-off options for clients on a budget and who need tasty food that is ready serve.

Do you have a catering minimum?

We have a minimum of $2,500 food & beverage spend and 20 guests.

Can you provide a COI and Host Liquor Liability for our venue?

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or organization as additionally insured. Host Liquor Liability can be provided where applicable. We'll handle the paperwork. Just let us know what your venue requires and we'll get it to you promptly.

What equipment do you supply?

In our production fee, we come equipped with most station and buffet equipment such as our signature grills, cast iron skillets, pots, serving vessels, utensils, as well passing trays, cocktail napkins, kitchen, bar, and service equipment. We can assist with rentals of plates, flatware, glassware, linens and furniture as needed or provide eco-friendly compostables depending on the style of the event.

How much set-up and clean up time do you need?

For most events we typically need two hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. Larger productions with bar buildouts, rentals, or décor coordination may need more lead time. We'll confirm the exact window when we finalize your proposal, and we're always mindful of your venue's access restrictions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard policy is within the timeframe of your contract we can reschedule to an agreed upon date with no cancellation fees. If the date can’t be rescheduled or you need to cancel the event completely we would retain the deposit that was applied to your event. We understand that plans change — especially for corporate events — and we'll always try to work with you when circumstances shift. We do ask for as much notice as possible, as our team begins planning and sourcing well in advance of your event date.
